Terms and Conditions

All courses will be held at St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School unless otherwise specified.

All courses will be held during the school term with dates below:
Term 1 3 February – 24 March 2018
Term 2 28 April – 16 June 2018
Term 3 21 July – 8 September 2018
Term 4 13 October – 1 December 2018

Pathways to Music reserves the right to alter details of the 2018 program, cancel any courses or classes and change tuition teachers at any part of the term.

Pathways to Music collects, stores and uses personal information only for administration and marketing purposes. The information collected is confidential and will not be disclosed to any other third party without prior consent.

All fee payments must be made at the beginning of each term or before commencing a course if enrolling mid-term.

Fees for all courses can be made out to Pathways to Music with the following payment options:

Discounted fees are available if a student enrols in more than one course or a sibling/parent is enrolled for a whole term of a single course. When family discount is being applied, multi-course bundles such as private tuition + musicianship do not apply.

Students who have outstanding fees from a semester may not be permitted to continue with the program.

In special cases, and at the discretion of the director of Pathways to Music, a payment plan may be devised to assist with payments. Please contact the director of the Pathways to Music, Jennifer Teh, directly (info@hushlittlebabymusic.com) to discuss this option.

All fees are inclusive of GST and Pathways to Music reserves the right to change these at any time.

An upfront cancellation fee for any course will incur a $150 administration fee. Generally, a full refund for a withdrawal from a course will not be given. No refunds will be given if a student fails to attend a class.

Pathways to Music retains the right to cancel a course if there are insufficient enrolments. Refunds will be made if there is an insufficient number of students or a course is discontinued.

Absences and make-up lessons for private individual lessons
In the event of an illness or injury which will prevent a student from attending their lesson, and where at least 24 hours’ notice is given, teachers will endeavour to make up this lesson time at a later date. While some teachers may offer a maximum of one makeup lesson per term, all make-up lessons must be negotiated with the teacher concerned, and the final decision to offer a make-up lesson rests with the individual teacher.

In the event that a lesson is missed for any other reason than illness/injury, or if 24 hours’ notice is not given, the lesson will be forfeited and the teacher is not required to make up this lesson at a later date. The weekly fee guarantees a weekly lesson time and therefore will not be refunded in the case of absence.
